What types of marine fuel do you supply?
We supply a full range of marine fuels including Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO), Intermediate Fuel Oil (IFO 180 & IFO 380), Marine Diesel Oil (MDO), Marine Gas Oil (MGO), and marine lubricants. All fuels meet ISO 8217 specifications and are accompanied by Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN) and quality certificates.
Which ports do you operate in?
Our primary operations cover Karachi Port, Port Qasim, and Gwadar in Pakistan. We also have international voyage capability for petroleum product transport to regional ports. Contact us for specific port availability.
How do I request a bunker quote?
You can submit a bunker inquiry through our Bunker Inquiry page on this website, or contact us directly via email or phone. Please provide your vessel name, IMO number, required fuel grade, quantity, delivery port, and preferred delivery date. We typically respond within 2 hours during business hours.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by fuel grade and delivery location. Please contact our operations team for specific minimums. We are flexible and can accommodate both small coastal vessel requirements and large ocean-going vessel demands.
Do you provide ship-to-ship (STS) transfers?
Yes, STS transfers are one of our core competencies. All STS operations are conducted in compliance with OCIMF guidelines, with experienced mooring masters and dedicated fender systems to ensure safe operations.
What safety certifications do you hold?
SMS operates in full compliance with the ISM Code (International Safety Management), ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Facility Security), TMSA (Tanker Management and Self Assessment), and all applicable IMO regulations including double hull requirements. Can you supply fuel at anchorage?
Yes, we regularly perform bunkering at anchorage using our dedicated bunker barges and supply vessels. Our fleet is equipped for safe alongside and anchorage deliveries in all weather conditions within operational limits.
What documentation do you provide with each delivery?
Every delivery includes a Bunker Delivery Note (BDN) as required by MARPOL Annex VI, fuel quality certificate from an independent laboratory, quantity measurement records, and a Statement of Facts. All documentation meets international regulatory requirements.
Do you offer 24/7 operations?
Yes, our fleet and operations team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that vessel schedules are time-critical and we are committed to minimising waiting time and ensuring on-schedule deliveries.
