Shaukat Marine Services (SMS) is a leading bunker supply company based in Pakistan, dedicated to transporting bunkers from shore to ships — including Heavy Fuel Oil, Intermediate Fuel Oil, Marine Diesel Oil, Marine Gas Oil, and lubricants. Founded in 2012 by CEO Mr Hammad Ali Mirza, we have grown into one of the most trusted names in Pakistan’s bunkering industry. Our capabilities extend to international voyages for petroleum product transport.

We meet all IMO regulations including double hull requirements, the International Safety Management Code (ISM), Tanker Management and Self Assessment Code (TMSA), and the International Ship & Port Facility Security Code (ISPS).

Key Achievements

Naval & International Operations (2016–2021) — We collaborated with the Chinese Navy and COSCO vessels, providing bunkering services, port management, and logistical support. We delivered fuel to approximately seven foreign naval ships and completed a final delivery for the Sri Lankan Navy in 2021.

MV Heng Tong 77 Emergency (July 2021) — During COVID-19, we played a pivotal role in de-bunkering MV Heng Tong 77, stranded off Karachi’s coast. Our team safely removed fuel, prevented environmental hazards, and ensured navigational safety along the coastline.
